1.Prepare the laptop for disassembly
2.Remove the keyboard .
3.Turn the computer upside down with the rear panel towardyou.
4.Remove the twoT8M2.5×11.0 screws 1 and the four screws that secure the switch cover tothe computer.
5.Turn the laptop computer display-side up with front toward you.
6.Open the laptop computer as far as possible.
7.Disconnect the power button board cable from the laptop systemboard.
8.Insert a thin flat-bladed tool under the hinge cover sections of the switch cover and lift up until the switch cover disengages from the laptop.
9.Remove the switch cover.
10.Close the computer and turn it upside down with the rearpanel toward you.
11.Remove the following screws:1 Two screws from the computer bottom2 Two screws from the computer rearpanel One screw from the computer laptop battery bay
12.Remove the two Torx8 T8M2.5×7.0 screws 1 that secure the display assembly to the computer.Lift the display assembly 2 straight up and remove it.
13.Remove the display bezel.
14.Remove the display hinges.
15.Remove the four mylar screw covers and the four screws that secure the display panel to the display enclosure.Remove the two screws that secure the display inverter to the display enclosure.Remove the display panel and display inverter from the display enclosure.
16.Remove the inverter.
17.If it is necessary to replace the wireless antenna transceivers and cables, remove the two screws that secure the left and right transceivers to the display enclosure.Remove the wireless antenna cables 2 from the clips in the display enclosure.Detach the wireless antenna transceivers 3 from the display enclosure.Remove the wireless antenna transceivers and cables.
18.Turn the computer right-side up with the front toward you.
19.Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
1 TouchPad cable 2 Fingerprint reader board cable3 Smart card assembly cable.
20.Remove the microphone from the clip in the top cover and the cable from the routing clips in the top cover.
21.Swing the rear edge of the top cover 1 up and forward until the left and right sides disengage from the baseenclosure.Remove the top cove.
22.Remove the laptop motherboard for bottom cover.
Now,all cover be dismantle apart.
