Inside the rar archive you will find guide with pictures in pdf format that will explain in an easy to understand way how to modify Dell BIOS for SLIC 2.1.

At this time, BIOS has to have SLIC 2.0 already present in it to be modifiable by instructions in this guide. I will not have much time to answer all your possible questions, but looking around this great forum will surely help!
